Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the retail domain to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of retail-focused projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure Agile best practices are followed while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and ensure smooth team progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Track and report sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products aligned with business goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
