Role Overview

We are looking for Semi-Qualified CAs with 1–3 years of experience who are passionate about accounting, data, and automation. As an Accounting Analyst at Numerize, you will work across core accounting, reconciliations, financial reviews, and audit checks for multiple clients while helping improve accounting processes through technology.

This role is ideal for candidates who are excited about modernizing traditional accounting using automation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting for assigned clients
• Review financial transactions, invoices, and expense records
• Perform reconciliations, including bank accounts, POS systems, payment gateways, and online delivery platforms
• Conduct financial reviews and identify discrepancies across multiple data sources
• Support audit processes by validating financial data and identifying anomalies
• Prepare financial reports and insights for internal teams and clients
• Work closely with internal systems and automation tools to streamline accounting workflows
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest improvements through automation

Requirements

• Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter/IPCC Completed)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and investigative mindset
• Comfortable working with accounting software and digital tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
