Role Summary: As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a key player in supporting client relationships, managing the execution of campaigns, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work with internal teams to deliver effective creative and production solutions, bridging client objectives with delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as day-to-day contact for clients in managing briefs, campaign execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Work closely with supervisor as they provide mentorship and guidance.Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery.Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-campaign evaluations.Ensure high-quality execution that maintains accuracy and quality of deliverables.Proactively identify and resolve issues during project lifecycle.Support the team in strategic planning and proposal development.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in an account management or project management role within an agency environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with campaign workflows, timelines, and client management.Positive team player with a collaborative attitude.Fluent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Experience working with regional clients is advantageous.
Work Environment:Hybrid Model: The role operates within a hybrid working model, with teams in the office around two to three days a week.Regional Collaboration: Regular interaction with regional offshore teams, requiring flexibility and respect of diverse cultures.Dynamic Projects: Engagement in a variety of projects across different media channels, providing a dynamic environment.
