Elevate customer relations as a Senior Account Manager with PROS, specializing in enterprise airline accounts. Drive satisfaction, product adoption, and commercial growth through strategic leadership and relationship-building. In this senior role, you'll own strategic relationships across key airline accounts, ensuring success and satisfaction.
With over seven years in the airline industry, you will develop customer success plans and conduct Executive Business Reviews, aligning insights with PROS' objectives. Your analytical mindset will help identify risks and upselling opportunities, contributing to long-term value realization. Key Responsibilities: • Own customer satisfaction and product adoption • Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews with airline stakeholders • Coordinate teams to resolve complex issues for clients • Negotiate commercial terms, including invoicing and renewals • Build C-level relationships across customer organizations Requirements: • 7+ years’ experience in airline account management • Proven track record in managing customer accounts • Strong analytical skills for customer insights • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders • Experience in upselling and cross-selling initiatives Use your expertise to foster successful partnerships, drive growth, and advocate for leading airline technologies with PROS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
