Senior Accounting Technician

Our client, a well-established property management company, is looking for an experienced accounting technician to take charge of the complete accounting cycle for several entities. Your Role Accounts payable Billing and collection of rents Bank reconciliations Monthly closings Adjusting entries GST/QST declarations Desired Profile Experience in property accounting (strong asset) DEC in accounting or equivalent Good mastery of the complete accounting cycle Comfortable with multi-company accounting Excellent French Knowledge of Hopem: an asset What is Offered Flexible schedule between 37.5 h and 40 h per week Group insurance 3 weeks of vacation 2 personal days + 2 sick days Group RRSP A human, collaborative environment with technological evolution A great role for a rigorous, autonomous person who is comfortable in a multi-entity property environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
