Senior Admissions Counselor

We are hiring for an experienced Admission Counsellor

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Counsel prospective parents and students on the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
• Woman candidates are encouraged to apply
• Convert admission leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.
• Conduct campus tours and support admission events and open houses.
• Maintain accurate admission records, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
• Achieve admission targets while delivering an excellent parent and student experience.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Prior experience as an Admission Counsellor in the Education/School industry is mandatory.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in admissions and student/parent counselling.
• Proven track record of converting leads into admissions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and relationship management abilities.
