Nirman Consultants is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. If you're passionate about designing impactful spaces, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to completion.
• Manage teams and coordinate with clients & consultants.
• Review technical drawings & documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and resolve project issues.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient design solutions.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory.
• 12+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Experience handling projects independently from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
