Job Description
To provide information and advisory services to prospective students (and their parents/guardians) and ensure that the students are well informed on the choices of programmes offered and the application procedures. To drive sales conversion to support SIM’s market share in Singapore. ACCOUNTABILITIESStudent Recruitment OperationsTo work with the Lead/Deputy Lead, Local Engagement, to manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand name and planning local student recruitment strategies.To attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer’s needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathwayTo assist customers in programme application and checking for documentation to support the turnaround time for admissions processingTo build strong product knowledge, comply with work policies and procedures and continuously improve customer service skillsTo comply with quality standards set for the departmentLeads ManagementTo follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basisTo prepare and maintain lead follow-up reports JOB REQUIREMENTSAcademic Education and Work ExperienceDiploma with at least 5 years working experienceExperienced in Customer Service and Sales conversion processesGood understanding of the higher education industry in Singapore
