Senior Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on EHS professional with 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. You will coach staff on safe behaviors, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance across locations. Your proactive efforts will be essential in driving a strong safety culture and supporting incident management processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop EHS training programs for employees • Support incident investigation and root cause analysis • Conduct regular audits and provide compliance recommendations • Maintain safety documentation and reports • Assist with new hire orientations and ongoing training schedules

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Occupational Health & Safety • 5-7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing context • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations • Leadership and problem-solving abilities • Strong organizational and communication skills
