Senior Construction Estimator

Indianapolis, IN

$100k+ base (negotiable) + benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.

NCW is looking for a Senior Estimator for a General Contractor out of Indianapolis, IN. This position will be mostly in-office in Carmel, IN and this position provides a lot of room for growth within the company and the Multifamily industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• Prior Estimator experience needed (2 years minimum). Preferably in Multifamily or Residential.
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software.
• Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
