A leading commercial real estate developer is looking for an accomplished Senior Facilities Manager to lead facility operations across commercial office buildings and business parks. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong hospitality background, proven leadership capabilities, and expertise in delivering world class workplace and facility management services.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management

• Minimum 20 years of experience in facilities management

• Proven experience in managing commercial office buildings, Grade A business parks, or co working spaces

• Strong expertise in engineering services, soft services, vendor management, and statutory compliance

• Experience in planning and managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills

• Proficiency in facility management software and building management systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end facility operations across commercial office buildings and business parks

• Oversee engineering services, housekeeping, security, front office, hospitality, and other workplace services

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all critical building systems

• Drive vendor management, contract administration, and service level compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire and life safety standards, and environmental requirements

• Lead workplace enhancement projects, fit outs, relocations, and infrastructure improvements

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance, emergency response, and business continuity plans

• Build and mentor high performing facility teams while delivering an exceptional workplace and guest experience
