Role Description The Senior Facilities Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of Treemendous’ greening projects within client facilities. This role manages day-to-day operations including coordination of installation teams, monitoring plant health and maintenance schedules, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services such as vertical gardens, moss walls, and landscape management. The Senior Facilities Manager collaborates closely with clients to understand facility requirements, optimize workspaces, and recommend suitable greening and planter solutions.

This role also supervises vendor relationships, manages budgets and resources, ensures adherence to safety and compliance standards, and implements continuous improvement in facility operations and environmental performance. The position involves regular on-site inspections, reporting on project status, and mentoring junior staff to maintain consistent service outcomes.

Location: Manager will Work from Treemendous Office in RT Nagar, Bangalore

Qualifications

• Strong facilities management skills, including operations oversight, space planning, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with landscape management, indoor plant maintenance, and greening solutions for commercial spaces.
• Project management capabilities, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards, compliance requirements, and basic building systems.
• Effective communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Leadership experience in supervising on-site teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Proficiency with documentation and reporting tools; familiarity with facility management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a senior facilities or operations role, ideally within corporate or commercial environments.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru and manage multiple client locations as needed.
