About the RoleWe are representing our client in hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and business partnering for a growing organization. This is a high-impact role supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights, financial strategy, and performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planningPerform variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and risksDevelop financial models to support investments, pricing, and growth strategies

Financial Reporting & ComplianceManage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesEnsure compliance with IFRS / GAAP / ASC 606 standardsPartner with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators

Business Partnering & Commercial FinanceAct as a finance business partner to department heads and leadership teamsProvide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and margin improvementSupport pricing strategy, budgeting decisions, and KPI tracking

Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementOversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planningOptimize working capital (AR, AP, inventory)Support treasury and banking relationships

Process Improvement & SystemsDrive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracyLead ERP and BI system enhancements and automation initiativesStrengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks

Team LeadershipLead and mentor a team of finance professionalsBuild a high-performance, collaborative finance functionManage resource planning, performance reviews, and development plans

Requirements (Keywords for ATS Matching)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with CPA / CA / ACCA8 years and above in experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and commercial financeExperience in mid-to-large companiesStrong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, ASC 606 and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)Advanced skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysisProven track record in business partnering and stakeholder management
