Senior Finance Manager

Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Job Description:We are looking for Chartered Accountants (CAs) with 4-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the preparation of financial statements, audit coordination, and due diligence activities while ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Key Responsibilities:Prepare periodic financial statements for standalone and consolidated entities in line with applicable accounting standards.Review and post adjustments related to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).Lead and coordinate audit activities, acting as the primary liaison between auditors and internal teams.Support internal audits and help maintain robust internal controls.Conduct due diligence for financial transactions.Participate in other special projects related to finance and compliance as needed.

Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.4-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and due diligence.Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
