Senior Finance Manager | Real Estate Investment | Singapore This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing team and serve as a vital business partner to senior management. As the portfolio expands through new acquisitions, your remit is expected to broaden, providing a dynamic environment for long-term career growth. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Stewardship & Strategy: Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while delivering performance insights to support strategic decision-making.Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the month-end close process and ensure all reporting meets local statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements.Asset Performance: Monitor and explain asset-level performance, including revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.M&A Support: Partner with the investment team on due diligence and lead the financial integration for newly acquired assets.Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a finance team of five, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined controls.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for external auditors, tax agents, and banks, while translating financial results into actionable plans for leadership.

What We Are Looking ForExperience: 15+ years of relevant finance experience, within the Real Estate sector.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is preferred.Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Singapore financial regulations and tax requirements, including GST and corporate tax.Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders through excellent communication and analytical skills.Mindset: A high level of integrity, sharp attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability.
