About the Opportunity
A well-established global fund administrator is seeking Fund Accountants / Senior Fund Accountants to join their Real Estate fund services team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a fund accounting professional with real estate experience to join a stable, growing team with a clear career progression path.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day client relationships and ensure timely delivery of NAVs, financial statements, and fund reportingReview accounting outputs and oversee quarter-end processes and deliverables, working with books prepared by offshore teamsPerform consolidation across multiple SPV entities and multi-currency structures within RE fund portfoliosHandle investor services, including capital calls, distributions, and investor noticesCoordinate with Back Office and offshore teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficient workflow managementMaintain accurate client records, reconcilled cash balances, and adherence to internal processes and controlsIdentify and report errors or breaches promptly, ensuring compliance with firm standardsSupport periodic reviews and regulatory reporting as required
What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in accounting with professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) or equivalent, and at least 2+ years in real estate fund accounting or real estate managementDirect experience in real estate fund accounting — from a fund administrator, audit firm (auditing RE funds), or buy-side RE asset managerStrong knowledge of consolidations, multi-currency entities, and property-related financial processesProficiency with property systems (e.g. Yardi, Horizon) and ability to review third-party management accountsUnderstanding of various income types, rent reconciliations, lease-related items, GST/tax, and capital allowancesConfident communicator — comfortable engaging with clients and senior managementExcellent organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
