Job Description
We are supporting an international organisation within the professional services sector in expanding its HR function in Poland.
The role of Senior HR Admin Specialist offers an opportunity to support a wide range of HR processes across European and English-speaking markets, including the UK. The position sits within a growing HR Operations team and contributes to building efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for HR policy- and process-related queries from employees and managers.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday or similar), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare employment documentation, contracts, and letters in line with internal policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate absence and family leave processes, including maternity and paternity arrangements.
- Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, salary reviews, and promotion processes.
- Ensure HR templates, process guides, and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across multiple global locations to ensure consistent service delivery.
About the Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations within a corporate or international environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and policies, particularly supporting the UK market; experience with other European markets is an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, iTrent, ServiceNow, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Confident and professional communication style with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English at C1/C2 level.
