Job Description
A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its high-performing HR team. This is a strategic and operational role offering the opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence people strategy, and play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the delivery of commercial HR solutions while driving employee engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, organisational change and complex people matters.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across the business.
- Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to support informed decision-making.
- Lead annual reward and salary review processes, providing market insights and recommendations.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition activities and workforce planning where required.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement, HR systems and employee experience.
- Coach and mentor junior HR team members while promoting best practice across the HR function.
About You
You will be a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, professional environment.
You'll bring:
- 8+ years' progressive HR experience, including several years operating at Senior HR Business Partner level.
- Strong employee relations expertise with an excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- A track record of balancing strategic initiatives with operational HR delivery.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD qualification and a relevant third-level degree.
- Previous experience within professional services, legal, financial services or another partnership environment would be highly advantageous.
