ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end talent acquisition for creative, design, account management, and social media rolesManage and coordinate internal HR teams and external recruitment partners to meet hiring objectivesDevelop and implement culture initiatives that align with organizational values and growthDesign and oversee performance management, learning and development, and employee retention programsManage employee relations, policy development, and ensure compliance with labor regulationsPartner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling strategies RequirementsProven experience in HR roles within creative agencies, advertising, or digital marketing organizationsStrong track record of hiring for creative roles including designers, copywriters, art directors, account managers, and social media professionalsExperience managing both internal teams and external recruitment agenciesProficiency with HR systems including HRIS, ATS, and performance management toolsDemonstrated ability to build and sustain organizational culture during periods of growthStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement structure while maintaining flexibility
