Step into a pivotal role as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Bally's Interactive. Provide exceptional support to end users, prioritizing VIP and senior stakeholder needs both onsite and remotely.
In this role, you will independently deliver technical assistance, ensuring optimal functionality of Windows 11 and macOS. By utilizing helpdesk systems like Jira, you will address support requests and manage hardware and software life cycles. Experience with tools such as Autopilot, JAMF, and Microsoft 365 applications will be critical in your daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage technical support requests for senior stakeholders • Utilize Jira to track and escalate issues promptly • Oversee deployment and security of Windows and Mac systems • Administer tools like OKTA and Microsoft 365 applications • Engage in IT-driven project rollouts and testing
