Senior Lead Backend Engineer

As a (Senior) Lead BackEnd Engineer, you will drive the technical direction of backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members. Youll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions. Tasks: Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java, and Spring Boot Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence Professional Requirements and Expertise: 9+ years of experience in backend development Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices Experience in the domain of Supply Chain or Logistics Experience in DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Good to have: Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI / ML integration Personal Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flows success and alignment with company culture and values
