Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner

EMPOWERMENT is working with a market leading organisation in South Dublin who are looking for an ambitious Senior Manager to join their growing Finance Business Partnering team.

Reporting into the Director, you are commercially focused and can deliver strategic financial information to both finance and non-finance professionals. This opportunity will give you unparalleled exposure to senior leadership and a platform to further accelerate your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide leaders with periodic financial reports and analysis, preparing monthly forecasts & annual budgets
• Develop annual and long-term financial plans for support departments.
• Assist with financial management initiatives and projects
• Partner with operations teams to provide insightful profitability data
• Drive efficiencies and track results to improve divisional gross margin.
• Analyse and translate data into key strategic inputs and insights to drive decision making.

The Person

• Fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
• A minimum of 4-5 years post qualification experience in an FP&A/FBP industry role
• Financial analysis reporting experience
• Excellent Excel knowledge, strong financial modelling skills
• Ability to multi-task & work well under pressure
