Position- Senior Manager NPD
Age-35- 40yrs
Education-Graduate/Postgraduate from reputed institution
Experience-10 to 15 YRS
1) Technical:
Ø Expertise in stamping, Heat treatment, Coating etc processes.
Ø Tool room machines and processes
Ø Expertise Product inspection and testing
Ø AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWORKS
Ø Costing
Ø VDA6.3 Process Audit knowledge
Ø IATF internal audit certification.
Ø AIAG Core tools knowledge
Ø Six Sigma trained
2) Managerial:
· To handle a team(5-10nos) comprising Project engineers and union workers
· Presentation skills
3) Other: Proven track record of handling NPD activities in a 100-500Cr business
· WADA, Near Thane-Bhiwandi
· Company Bus facility available from Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali, Badlapur, Virar.
· Canteen facility available
Manufacturing(Crank shaft, gears, springs, power train, fasteners, forgings etc)
Job Profile-
Ø RFQ handling
Ø Product development(Springs,Stamped Parts,Saftey washers)
Ø Union worker handling.
Ø MIS preparation and implementation of actions
Ø PPAP and APQP documentation.
Ø Customer audit and plant approval
Ø External testing and validation
Ø CAPEX finalization
Ø Technology exploration
Ø Tool design and development
Ø IATF, VDA audits.
Ø SAP Compliance
Ø Product failure analysis
