Program Manager – Global Seller Experience (GSX)

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our Integral Seller Experience (GSX) organization. PMs are responsible for programs from beginning to end, ensuring cross‑team collaboration, flawless execution, and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business lead on the creation and maintenance of the portfolio roadmap.
• Facilitate capacity trade‑off conversations, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization.
• Manage programs/projects through the entire program lifecycle.
• Ensure that business leads and technical teams are on track with their work as they are responsible and accountable for execution.
• Work closely with project sponsor/business owner, and cross‑functional teams, to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives.
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to track and gain stakeholder alignment and sign‑off/approvals.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other PMs to manage across the program.
• Drive program meetings to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues.
• Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met and drive the strategic vision forward in partnership with the business area (domain) leader.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including maintaining and posting status reports and other critical program documents.
