Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Senior Naval Architect to join our team in Kochi. As a Senior Naval Architect, you will play a pivotal role in technical leadership, QA, & Mentoring of Junior Naval architects.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and review stability and ballast calculations using GHSReview and approve GHS models for stability calculationsEstablish QA standards and resolve technical issuesActively participate and guide concept design developmentReview project documentation and mentor team members

Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in Naval Architecture 5 to 8 years of working experience in the Ship design and Hydrostatic calculationsAdvanced expertise in stability softwareStrong foundation in hydrostatics, ship stability and concept designLead reviewer capability and technical decision-making abilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for technology and a willingness to share knowledge.Understanding and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2DStrong understanding of class rules and IMO regulations

Preferred Skills and QualificationsWorking Knowledge in GHS/Auto hydro/ Rhino-3DExperience in inclining tests and report preparationKnowledge of load-out ballast calculation.Experience in probabilistic damage stability calculations
