As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.Job responsibilitiesSupports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficienciesContributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelinesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaExperience in cross-functional delivery roles spanning analytics operations, data product delivery, or data governance within complex stakeholder environments.Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaExposure to operational management and change readiness workstreamsExperience coordinating with Authentication & Identity or similarly sensitive domains is required, with the ability to incorporate controls expectations into day-to-day operating rhythms. experience establishing reporting cadences, defining and operationalizing KPIs/OKRs, and driving measurable improvements in delivery observability and data qualityPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsEmerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics or Generative BI enablement patterns, modern cloud data platforms and orchestration ecosystems, and contemporary visualization and semantic-layer tooling
