Senior Project Manager: AHU/Clean Room Cooling

CLIENT: Global player in energy efficient HVAC/Air cooling technology with product range comprising AHU,Precision CRAC/CRAH,VRF,HVAC System and Clean Room Cooling Technology.

KEY DRIVERS:

• Lead and manage all aspects of project pipeline of multiple AHU project sites including monitoring project progress, identifying risks, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to project milestones.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and contractor deliverables.
• Manage contractor performance, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Execute Commissioning and Validation of Clean Rooms, HVAC systems, develop protocols and conduct Tests like HEPA Filter Integrity testing, Air velocity and Air changes, Recovery Testing, Airflow pattern, T&Rh Mapping, Non-viable particle counting, viable particle counting etc.
• Perform Installation, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Performance Testing of HVACEquipments.

INCUMBENT PROFILE

• Result-driven HVAC -AHU Project Manager with 15 years of experience leading Air Handling HVAC MEPF Turnkey projects with strong focus on budget & planning control. Proven expertise in managing end-to-end Chilled Water & VRF Systems project lifecycles, including vendor evaluation, procurement, planning, execution, testing, commissioning, handover.
• Well-versed in HVAC AHUs systems and project management standards, with hands-on knowledge of ISHRAE, IEC, NBC, cGMP, and other relevant engineering guidelines.
• Executed and managed AHU,Clean Room projects with full responsibility for cost, quality, and timelines

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 18-20LPA
