Sr Manager -Project

This position will oversee end-to-end architectural coordination and execution across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality design and construction deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead overall project coordination to align design intent with execution timelines and quality standards.

 Manage structural coordination ensuring seamless integration between architectural and structural elements.

 Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination with consultants and internal teams to resolve design and implementation issues.

 Conduct thorough architectural design reviews and manage cross-disciplinary design coordination.

 Coordinate with external consultants and vendors for design finalization, approvals, and deliverables.

 Supervise the preparation and validation of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and documents.

 Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify on-site issues, and provide architectural guidance.

 Collaborate with the construction, planning, and procurement teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

 Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

 Drive design innovation and ensure architectural integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

 06-08 years of relevant experience, preferably from Consultant background.

 Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural and coordination tools.

 excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
