Senior Project Manager – Healthcare

• Manage and ensure the implementation project of the system marketed by the company, following the implementation methodology; lead the responsible team and guarantee delivery of the contracted scope within the agreed timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements and constraints; manage the creation of the Project Charter and obtain approvals from the involved parties.
• Manage the development of the Project Management Plan, including activities, schedules, necessary resources, costs and project-associated risks.
• Coordinate the allocation of human, financial and material resources required for project execution, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks while considering each team member’s skills, availability and capacity.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, senior management, the project team and other interested parties.
• Ensure the company's revenue targets are met, safeguarding the project's profitability.
• Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.
• Monitor and supervise the KPIs in your area, track results, develop appropriate action plans and present them to the strategic level to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Specialization in Project Management; knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience managing system implementation projects for the healthcare sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• PMP and/or SCM certification desirable.
