We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager & Operations Head who can lead projects, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client projects.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Plan project timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor team productivity and project quality.
• Create and optimize operational processes.
• Coordinate with creative, performance marketing, and content teams.
• Understand Meta Ads & Google Ads workflows.
• Prepare project reports and conduct review meetings.
• Solve operational challenges and take ownership of deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or Agency Operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong client handling experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Problem-solving mindset
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
