Reporting directly to the Chief of Procurement and Regulation, the chosen candidate will play a key role in ensuring the client meets its regulatory and compliance obligations while proactively influencing and responding to developments across the Irish energy sector.

• Monitorandinterpretregulatoryandpolicychanges,leadingregulatorycomplianceandassuranceactivities.
• Manageregulatoryengagement,andprovidestrategicregulatoryadviceacrossthebusiness.
• Lead the coordination of internal and external regulatory audits, supporting the junior regulatory analyst with research and reporting
• ActasaprimarypointofcontactfortheCRUandmarketoperators.
• Lead the development and review of regulatory documentation, policies, procedures.

• Bachelor’sdegreeinLaw,Policy,Economics,Compliance,Sustainability,orarelatedfield.
• ExperienceinaRegulatory/Complianceroleintheenergyindustryisessential
