Job DescriptionJob Title: Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years Location: Sambhajinagar Reporting To: Manager - Sales, Maharashtra Region Role OverviewThe Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth for the Robotics division by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing suitable robotic solutions aligned with customer requirements and organizational goals.Key Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Robotics division in alignment with organizational objectives. Achieve assigned revenue targets through new business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition. Understand and evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate robotic solutions in line with company offerings.
Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support, proactive engagement, and effective escalation management. Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the robotics industry.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, customer meetings, and other relevant forums. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of robotics applications, solutions, and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Strategic thinking with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
