Senior Sales Manager - Construction Equipment Loan FinanceLocation: Navi Mumbai Experience: 5-10 Years
Role SummaryResponsible for driving loan finance & refinance of construction equipment, including sourcing deals and managing end-to-end loan processing for high-value assets ( 1-1.5 crore range).
Key ResponsibilitiesSource loan business via dealer counters, DSAs, DSEs, and market leadsHandle end-to-end loan lifecycle (documentation to disbursement)Manage relationships with equipment dealers, customers, and channel partnersDrive closure of high-value finance deals ( 1-1.5 Cr ticket size)Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups on hot leadsTrack sales performance and ensure target achievementPrepare MIS, reports, and sales data
RequirementsExperience in construction equipment loan finance / NBFC / bankingProven track record of financing 1-1.5 Cr equipment dealsStrong network with dealers, DSAs, and market channelsUnderstanding of loan processing, credit evaluation, and documentationBasic knowledge of balance sheet (mandatory)Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
