Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
• Perform technical root-cause analysis and outline corrective actions for given problems.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional and cross-vendor team to deliver within tight timelines.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Implement cases under mentoring and guidance of more experienced developers.
• Support stakeholders, raise tickets, and groom to the developers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and help them resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform (Sales, Service, or Community Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Exchange, CRM and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Technical expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation per application requirements.
• Hands-on experience in administration setup (managing users, security controls, data), creating roles, profiles, and reports.
• Expertise in deployment using ChangeSet, Jenkins, and ANT Tool; experience in Scrum methodology.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer, Certified Platform App Builder, etc.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to project managers, business analysts, and end-users.
