Why this role exists:
The Senior SAP MM Functional Analyst designs, configures, and supports SAP Procure-to-Pay and inventory management solutions to ensure supply chain efficiency and cost control. This role maintains accurate purchasing, inventory integrity, and process automation. This role translates procurement and inventory requirements into technical reality to directly enable cost-efficient operations.

In this role you will:
Supply Chain & Procurement Delivery:
- Design and configure SAP MM modules to meet business needs in purchasing and inventory management.
- Maintain ownership of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, and vendor processes.
- Partner with the business on requirements gathering and process design for procurement and supply chain operations.
- Execute testing and validation for new configurations to ensure high-quality release outcomes.
- Ensure purchasing accuracy, inventory integrity, and the advancement of process automation.
Governance, Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all requirements and documentation comply with established governance and security standards.
- Integrate compliance requirements into business practices and planning processes.
- Ensure documentation and vendor engagement complies with applicable laws and policies.
- Enable a safe site by implementing safe work practices, reporting site hazards, and managing safety issues.
Technical Accountability & Performance:
- Solve a mix of known and complex functional issues within the procurement and inventory landscape.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy for requirements and configuration first-pass acceptance.
- Achieve key performance indicators aligned to the overall business strategy.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability for solution quality and process coverage.
Who you will be working with:
- Internal Delivery Teams: Process Analysts and SAP Functional Analysts (FI, SD, OM/TM).
- Internal Partners: Procurement, Inventory Teams, Developers, Business Analysts, and Support Analysts.
- External Partners: SAP and Functional Consultants.
What success looks like:
- Configuration Quality: Maintaining a configuration defect rate 5 per release and requirements accuracy > 90%.
- Operational Efficiency: Achieving a change cycle time 10 days and delivery timeliness > 90%.
- Compliance Integrity: Ensuring process coverage 95% and zero high-risk compliance findings.
- Business Impact: Driving high stakeholder satisfaction (> 85%) and change adoption rates (> 98%).

Qualifications and work experience:
Essential:
- Education: Degree in I.T., Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of SAP MM experience.
- Specialist Knowledge: Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems and inventory controls.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication skills.
- Technology Proficiency: SAP MM, Jira, Confluence, Signavio, and SAP Cloud ALM / Solution Manager.
