Job Summary
Accelyst is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Customer Service), Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Technologies, and .NET development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and supporting enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires strong hands‑on development experience with both low‑code and custom development, Azure services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Microsoft cloud technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on large‑scale digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Translate technical system specifications into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules, including: Case Management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profiles, Session Templates, Workstreams.
- Develop Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate solutions.
- Build Custom PCF Controls and implement server‑side templating using Liquid.
- Develop custom integrations using: .NET, C#, Web APIs, Entity Framework.
- Design and implement Dataverse solutions and data models.
- Develop Azure‑based cloud applications and integrations utilizing Azure services.
- Build and maintain Azure SQL databases and optimize application performance.
- Implement DevOps best practices including Azure DevOps Boards, Repositories, Pipelines, and CI/CD automation.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post‑implementation support.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment documentation, and operational support materials.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Dataverse design and development.
- Strong knowledge of: C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Experience developing RESTful APIs and Web APIs, Experience working with Azure SQL, Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise CRM implementations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud security and governance.
- Experience conducting technical impact assessments.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Experience facilitating technical design sessions.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG).
- Experience supporting production applications and resolving critical incidents.
