We are excited to announce an opening for a Low-Code Engineer Power Platform at Stolt-Nielsen Digital Innovation Centre. Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities. Experience Range: 5+ years About the Role: As a Low-Code Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and building scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
You will help modernize our portfolio of business applications which vary from automation to web apps. Your work will directly enhance our operations and customer experiences, both for users in our offices and on our ships and terminals, which presents unique technical challenges in terms of connectivity and availability. We develop in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
We build apps from scratch or develop on top of Microsoft products like CRM / CE, Sustainability Manager and Project for the Web. In this team, you will have the chance to develop and evolve into the Generative AI / Copilot / Agent capabilities that are coming to the Power Platform. You will be part of a global, business-led product team operating with a DevOps mentality in a collaborative, diverse, and fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do: Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Platform components Build solutions that meet business and technical requirements with low-code tools Integrate Power Platform apps with other enterprise systems and data sources Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards Conduct peer reviews and maintain solution quality Work with DevOps engineers to enable CI/CD and automated deployments for Power Platform Document systems, APIs, and architecture decisions (C4 model) Take ownership of deliverables and resolve challenges with innovative solutions Perform additional duties and strategic projects as assigned What Youll Bring: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in traditional software engineering and/or low-code development and solution design Proven experience delivering reliable and secure business applications in cloud or hybrid environments Hands-on experience with Power Platform, connectors, and integration scenarios Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, experience with Agile delivery Strong analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Must Have Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services Git and basic understanding of CI/CD (we use Azure DevOps) Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform
