Job Description
This role is designed as a Hybrid position with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Job Summary
The Senior Solutions Designer designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise solutions, processes, and analytics that support the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, order management, invoicing, forecasting, and sales operations. The role is responsible for delivering scalable data‑driven solutions, enhancing sales automation, and providing actionable insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, and operational performance to improve business efficiency and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions for enterprise reporting.
- Integrate SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise data sources to ensure trusted, high‑quality data.
- Modernize BI platforms and enable self‑service analytics.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across analytics solutions.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive process automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and mentor team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Architecture.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience integrating SAP and Salesforce enterprise (or) Sales application data to Cloud Data Lake.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, ETL tools, and modern data technologies, SAP & Salesforce.
- Experience designing enterprise‑scale analytics platforms.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross‑functional business and IT teams.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Snowflake Cortex AI Experience (or) Databricks Genie.
- Real‑time data streaming (Kafka, Event Hubs).
- Experience in building dashboards using Power BI / Tableau.

Compensation
The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
United States of America: Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 213,500 in California. The listed salary range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
