Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new monetization and growth opportunities within the employer's platform
• Design and conduct lightweight experiments and pilots to assess impact
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and narratives to inform decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to drive project execution
• Translate complex problems into actionable plans with measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, product analytics, or growth
• Experience in marketplace, advertising, or platform monetization environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• A proactive, builder mindset focused on execution rather than just strategy development

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Familiarity with travel technology or fintech sectors
• Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and methodologies
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Experience in designing and implementing experimental frameworks
