Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and operational roles within the American Jereh International Corporation and affiliated business units. This role partners closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire top talent supporting power generation, data centers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), oil and gas, frac, e-frac, engineering, sales, and field operations. This is a sourcing-driven recruiting role requiring strong market knowledge, proactive talent engagement, and the ability to identify and close passive candidates in competitive industrial and energy sectors.
The ideal candidate brings existing industry recruiting experience, strong relationship management skills, and a disciplined approach to candidate pipeline development. This position also plays a key role in strengthening recruiting operations as the business continues to scale. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will help improve sourcing strategy, hiring workflows, interview consistency, agency management, candidate experience, and recruiting process effectiveness while partnering directly with HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, operational, and leadership positions across multiple business units. Build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles within power generation, data centers, battery storage, oil and gas, frac, e-frac, manufacturing, and industrial services. Conduct proactive passive candidate sourcing via direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry contacts, direct outreach, job boards, and market mapping techniques.
Partner directly with hiring managers and HR leadership to define role requirements, compensation expectations, candidate profiles, and realistic hiring timelines. Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer development, negotiations, and onboarding transition activities. Maintain strong communication and relationships with candidates, hiring managers, recruiting agencies, and business leaders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring challenges within industrial, energy, and oilfield sectors. Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, source effectiveness, interview progression, offer movement, and time-to-fill. Recommend and support improvements to recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, interview processes, candidate tracking, and hiring manager communication.
Support the continued development and maturity of talent acquisition processes within a rapidly growing industrial organization. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting energy, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, power generation, or technical sales environments. Experience recruiting for OFS sales, technical sales, field service, applications engineering, power systems, BESS, turbine power, or e-frac roles.
Strong understanding of industrial, electrical, mechanical, energy, or oilfield workforce environments. Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Strong experience with Boolean search techniques, passive candidate sourcing and pipeline management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience recruiting within both union and non-union workforce environments.
Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and industry compliance considerations. Agency recruiting and/or high-volume recruiting experience. SHRM, HRCI, AIRS, or other recruiting/HR certifications.
Experience improving recruiting workflows, interview consistency, agency management, hiring manager communication, or candidate experience initiatives. Working knowledge of gas turbines, mobile power generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), microgrids, frac equipment, e-frac platforms, or oilfield equipment. This position is expected to operate with a strong commitment to safety and professionalism while supporting employees, customers, contractors, and business partners.
