About the role Sollis Health is seeking a strategic and data‑driven Senior Recruiter to join our team at Sollis Health’s New York City headquarters. This role operates in a hybrid model (in‑office Tuesdays and Thursdays) and will play a critical part in scaling the organization by attracting top‑tier talent across a wide range of functions and levels. This individual will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, including C‑suite stakeholders, and will bring a consultative, insights‑driven approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruiting across diverse functions and levels, from individual contributors to executive hires Partner closely with C‑suite and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy Use data and analytics, specifically leveraging AI where possible, to inform recruiting strategies, track performance, and continuously optimize hiring processes Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring best practices Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding Collaborate with People, HR, and leadership teams to align recruiting efforts with broader organizational goals Leverage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to maintain operational excellence Qualifications 6–10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including executive hiring Strong experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership, including C‑suite stakeholders Highly data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to guide decision‑making Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, concierge services, or high‑touch customer‑focused industries Familiarity with recruiting in regulated or compliance‑driven environments Track record of implementing or improving recruiting processes and systems Compensation & Benefits Base salary $115,000 – $130,000 + bonus + equity (National range; actual pay varies by experience, industry, location, education and other factors) 401(k) with 3% match Unlimited PTO and generous sick time 12 observed holidays Free Sollis Health membership for you and your eligible family members Employee stock options Modern, elegant, and high‑end work environment About Sollis Health Sollis Health is the first and only medical membership that’s on‑demand 24/7, 365.
