We’re Hiring – Service Centre Manager (Air-Conditioning Trade)

Golden Refrigeration Co. is looking for an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead our service operations in Kolkata.

Job Description:

* Manage day-to-day service centre operations independently.

* Allocate and monitor jobs for field technicians.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

* Supervise AMC and breakdown service operations.

* Manage spare parts inventory and service documentation.

* Lead the service team while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Air-Conditioning/HVAC trade.

* Strong knowledge of service operations and technician management.

* Good leadership, communication, and computer skills.

* Candidates from the Air-Conditioning Trade only.

Job Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives
