Site Manager - School Refurbishment
Location: Handsworth
Start: MONDAY 20/07/2026
Duration: 12 Weeks
- In-date Enhanced DBS (Essential)
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 12-week school refurbishment project in Handsworth.
Project Scope:
- Roof works
- Toilet refurbishment
- Window replacements
- Internal refurbishment works
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- In-date Enhanced DBS (Essential)
- Previous experience managing school refurbishment projects
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- Excellent subcontractor management skills
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with experience delivering refurbishment projects within a live education environment.
