Site Manager

We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead the remaining works on a residential development in Knocklyon, Dublin.

This is a hands‑on Site Manager role with 9 months left on the programme, overseeing the second phase of a new development consisting of 10 new‑build houses — 6 completed, 4 units remaining.

The ideal candidate is a Site Manager who thrives on active site involvement, tight coordination, and delivering high‑quality homes from groundworks through to final finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations across the final 4 units
• Manage works from ground level to full completion, ensuring quality at every stage
• Conduct daily site checks, inspections, and progress reviews
• Provide on‑site assistance and problem‑solving to keep the project moving
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety and company standards
• Report directly to senior management and ensure programme deadlines are met
• Support smooth handovers and snag resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and residential construction standards
• Hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain workflow
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
