Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the overall coordination and management of our multi-tower G+12 high-rise township development in Aldandi, Maharashtra. As a crucial part of our PMC (Project Management Consultancy) team deployment, you will ensure seamless workflow cycles, strict safety adherence, and multi-tower alignment using rapid monolithic concrete systems (Mivan / Aluminium Shuttering).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise execution, exceptional structural coordination skills, and a sharp eye for safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Tower Management: Oversee the comprehensive day-to-day coordination, execution, and management of all 10 high-rise buildings (G+12) within the township project.
• Mivan Technology Supervision: Manage and optimize construction cycles utilizing Mivan / Aluminium Shuttering for rapid monolithic concrete systems, ensuring precise structural alignment across all towers.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the primary site-level point of contact for the PMC team, providing structured progress updates, milestone tracking, and issue resolution directly to the BoxIN Architects Representative.
• Workflow Optimization: Establish and maintain seamless workflow cycles to minimize downtime, coordinate material logistics, and ensure synchronized progress across parallel tower constructions.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, zero-tolerance hazard policies, and rigid quality benchmarks for all structural and finishing works.
• Resource & Labor Coordination: Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and site engineers to ensure labor productivity meets the aggressive timelines of a rapid-casting environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Must possess a BE Civil degree from a recognized institution.
• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive, hands-on experience in high-rise residential projects (G+12 or higher) is mandatory.
• Formwork System Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Mivan / Aluminium Shuttering systems, cycle times, and alignment practices is an absolute prerequisite.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale sites, multiple sub-contractors, and direct labor forces.
• Location Readiness: Willingness to operate full-time on-site at the township location in Aldandi, Maharashtra (442704).
