LOCATION: Bengaluru-Kanakapura-Mysore Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Project Manager based in Rural South Bengaluru/Mysuru. The Site Project Manager will oversee project schedules and budgets, manage contractor and vendor relationships, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role entails efficient coordination of resources, expediting activities, inspecting sites, and facilitating timely project completion. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including architectural, logistics, and construction management professionals is a key aspect of the job.

QualificationsBE Civil Engineering/Diploma Civil, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Experience in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure on-time delivery and availability of resources.Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor construction projects efficiently.Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards at construction sites.Skills in Construction & Logistics Management for effective coordination of materials and resource allocation.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.Prior experience in sustainable construction methods will be an added advantage.
