Job Description
We’re looking for a creative individual for a K12 school who can bring our stories to life through engaging visuals and videos.
This is more than just designing posts. We’re looking for someone who understands social media, keeps up with trends, and can create content that connects with students, parents, and our community.
Fixed CTC: ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Edit engaging short-form videos and reels.
• Create monthly social media content calendars with the marketing team.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, admissions, school events, achievements, and celebrations.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with the school’s brand identity.
• Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, captions, and platform best practices is a plus.
Requirements
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
• Experience creating reels and short-form social media content.
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work is required.
Location: Remote (Full-Time)
