Job Description
At CAZANOX, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands the beats and operations of social media with a drive to build a brand.
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end social media operations across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, Google My Business, and WhatsApp Community. You'll be responsible for content planning, copywriting, campaign management through Meta Ads Manager, performance tracking, and identifying new opportunities for audience growth using both data and AI-powered workflows.
We're looking for someone who has:- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
- A portfolio demonstrating measurable brand growth and content execution
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, content scheduling tools, and Canva
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, content-based tools, and upcoming platforms
- A passion for branding, content strategy, and digital marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ownership mindset
- Company and Founder personal branding
- LinkedIn growth strategies
- Premium content planning and execution
- WhatsApp community building
- Performance marketing campaigns
- Analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization
