The Real You Club, a social media marketing agency that specialises in crafting hyper-real, personality-driven storytelling content for emerging founders across various industries, is urgently seeking a full-time Social Media Manager based in Mumbai.

About the Agency

Established in 2023, The Real You is spearheaded by Shreya Jein, a social media expert with over 7 years of experience, having collaborated with more than 60 brands. As a founder-led marketing agency, we focus on storytelling-driven content on Instagram. Our team consists of 10 dynamic marketing professionals, and we proudly work with brands across India, the US, and the UAE, and some of them include Essajees Atelier, Organise With Ease, Maanavi Homes, Shaan Khanna, and many others.

About the Role

The Social Media Manager will independently manage at least four client accounts from start to finish. This role includes responsibilities for ideation, storytelling execution, internal coordination, and client communication, all while ensuring clear systems, consistency, and high-quality content output.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Saturday - Half day

Work Mode: Fully Remote
