A young and energetic team of event planners, graphic designers, content writers, and artist managers collaborates to deliver comprehensive, client-focused solutions.Role Description This is a full-time remote Performance Marketing role focused on driving measurable growth across digital channels. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as search, social, and display to increase traffic, leads, and conversions for client brands.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, refining targeting and creative, and managing budgets to maximize ROI. The role also involves collaborating with creative, content, and event teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and marketing calendars. The Performance Marketer will prepare performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and contribute to data-driven growth strategies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify audience segments and design data-informed campaigns.Candidates should possess Sales and performance-focused marketing skills to support lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.Candidates should have experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and basic A/B testing methodologies.Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, proficiency in interpreting campaign data, and attention to detail.Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Experience in entertainment, events, or influencer marketing is an advantage but not required.
